2021 Welcome Letter

We will be open Monday - Friday, from 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

When dropping off and picking up your child, please park in the back and use the entrance by the preschool rooms. If children are outside when you are dropping off or picking up, please enter the parking lot cautiously.

There will be a check-in table in the preschool entrance where you will need to check your child in and out on a computer. An adult will need to come in to check your child in and out.

Masks are no longer required.  It is optional.  If you would like your child to wear a mask, please let me know, so I can remind them to keep it on.  We will continue to follow some of the extra guidelines to try and keep everyone safe and healthy.  Lots of handwashing, extra cleaning and sanitizing.
If you have other children that attend the Early Childhood Center, you will not be allowed to walk through the school and gym. You will need to drop off and pick up each child at their specified program’s entrance.

If your child’s attendance varies based on your work schedule, there will be a sign-up sheet for the following week on the check-in table so we can schedule staff accordingly each week.  If your child will not be attending on their regularly scheduled day (vacation, visiting Grandma, appointment,...)  please note on the sign-up sheet.  Or, you may email me with your child’s schedule or any changes you need to make to their schedule at [email protected]

We will be offering free hot lunch this summer.  Your child will have the option of eating hot lunch or bringing a sack lunch.  We will provide a snack in the morning and in the afternoon.  Children may also bring a water bottle.  Please label it with their name.

You will need to bring a bottle of sunscreen for your child.  We are requesting the spray type of sunscreen (unless your child has an allergy and requires a specific type).  Please write their name on the bottle.  The staff will apply sunscreen daily before we go outside.  You may also bring bug spray if you wish.

Children are not allowed to bring toys or stuffed animals from home.
If your child is entering the 4 yr PK program next fall, they may bring a blanket for rest/quiet time.

Children do not need to wear uniforms during the summer.  Tennis shoes or closed shoes are recommended for protection, and also are better for running and playing on the playground.

Summer child care will be billed weekly.  You will receive your bill on Tuesdays by email from Mrs. Baxter in the Church office.  Bills that are 30 days past due, will result in termination of services until the bill is paid in full.  If your child attended the After Care Program during the school year, your current bill through April 30th needs to be paid in full before you may begin the Summer Care Program.

If the program shuts down due to quarantine, we will waive the 12 hour minimum charge.

If your child is attending the Sacred Heart Vacation Bible School, we will waive the 12 hour minimum charge that week.

If you have any questions, please contact
